CAROLYN GAVRILOFF | CA DRE# 01381423
Carolyn Gavriloff is a proud fourth-generation Petaluma resident born in San Francisco and moved back to Petaluma with her family at a young age. She attended Cherry Valley Elementary School and Petaluma High before earning a teaching credential from California State University, Sacramento.
After teaching briefly, Carolyn began working for Autodesk, Inc. in Marin County, where she served as a Sales Manager and Business Development Manager in the education department for 14 years. During this time, she worked with high schools, colleges, universities, and non-profit organizations to integrate design-based engineering software into their curriculum.
After starting a family and managing her own income properties, Carolyn decided to offer Property Management services to family and clients, which led to the creation of Westgate Property Management. Carolyn's passion for the property management profession has continued to grow, and she sees herself as a matchmaker, bringing together property owners and tenants in successful rental agreements.
In addition to her work in property management, Carolyn holds a Property Management Certification (PMC) and has served as Treasurer for the Marin Sonoma Residential Property Manager Association for the past eight years. She is also an active member of the Petaluma Community Guild.
Carolyn has been married to her husband, Steve Gavriloff, since 1996, and they have two children named Natasha and Nicholas.
